How pricing works

Regular venue plans

  • Coordination: a monthly service fee for GigWave, quoted to suit your nights.
  • Performances: each artist’s fee is agreed separately and shown before you confirm.

One-off nights

  • Performances: the artist’s fee, shown on their quote.
  • Service fee: shown on the same quote, before you accept.

We won’t charge a booking fee on top of a plan for the same work unless it’s agreed up front. Get a venue quote

Questions venues ask

Do we pay the artists, or GigWave?

It depends on the plan you choose, and it’s always spelled out before you confirm. During launch, artists are usually paid directly by the venue under the agreed fee, and GigWave invoices its service fee separately.

What happens if an act cancels?

We’ll tell you as soon as we know and look for a suitable replacement from our roster where one is available. Cancellation terms for each booking are in its written confirmation.

Can we try an act before committing to a regular night?

Yes — a single trial night is the usual way to start. A trial night is a normal paid performance at the agreed fee.

We have noise limits and a small stage. Is that a problem?

Not at all — tell us in the enquiry. We’ll only suggest acts whose setup and volume suit your room, licence and neighbours.

Do we have to book every gig through GigWave?

No. Use us for as much or as little of your programme as suits you.
